The Kingcombe Centre

The Kingcombe Centre is an Environmental Studies Centre located in Tollor Porcorum in Dorset. A beautiful setting for our residential courses.

In March this year Sandra ran three hugely successful courses using the embellisher and I am pleased to advise she has agreed to join us again in February/March 2012. She has a few machines available for use onour course so if you do not own an embellisher you can still join us - however,I cannot guarantee you will go home without wanting to purchase a machine!!

Mon 27 Feb - Thurs 1 March

Embellishing Technique for Beginners: A course designed to cover all aspects of embellishing. Many techniques will be taught which will enable the student to complete and take home a beautiful piece of work, which could be a bag, hat or wall hanging. Individual tuition given to ensure rewarding results.

Mon 5 - Thurs 8March and Mon 12 - Thurs 15 March

For the more experienced student who wants to study embellishing techniques to greater depths. Lots of inspiration and guidance given to each student enabling her to take home a unique piece of work. `Lavender fields`, `window boxes`, `through the archway`, 'three dimensional flowers` are just a few of the themes the student can follow.

The cost of the course will be:

Residential £310.00 This fee includes tuition costs, single room with en suite facilities, cooked breakfast, ploughman's lunch, three course dinner. Tea and coffee, with cakes, served in meeting room morning and afternoon.

Non-Residential £215.00 As above but excludes accommodation and breakfast.

Day Attendance £155.00 As non-residential, but excludes

three course dinner.
